Adds injury segment to enemy health bars

Card select spam protection reduced from one second to half a second
Changes enemy pathing behaviour to reduce unwanted wandering
Damage dealt is no longer rounded up
Experience curve changed again (more cards early, less cards total)
Fixes card history retaining previous stage results
Fixes Cards ending up permanently in The Frozen Zone when using quick card swap hotkeys
Fixes enemies moving to the right when spawned instead of towards the track
Fixes performance issue in the main menu
Fixes quick equipping a Card reward also selecting the unit
Fixes Relics not being counted as spawned until they are equipped or destroyed
Fixes Units aiming ahead for attacks that don't need it
Improves tooltip performance
Rebalance Tier 3 Swarm Enemy
Rebalances Branch of the World Tree Relic (theming change), Hyper Cube
Rebalances World Tree, Poison, Deadly Poison, Acid, Corrosion, Lightning Strike, Lightning Storm, Thunder Crash, Acid Rain, Nuclear Fallout, Electrostimulation, etc...
Reduces Card requirements for The Perfect Storm (Frost -> Slush)
Removes Bullet Rotation Speed from Cards and Relics
Removes Ornamental Fan Relic
Renames Damage Interval to Hits Per Second
Renames Guidance to Homing
Some Stacks now diminish at slightly different rates (should not change much)
Strips bbcode from Card History
Treasure chest experience reward curve is now flatter (more exp)
Treasure chest sunburst is now larger
Updates a few visual fx (impacts were changed for performance reasons)
Updates Relic panel
Wither damage now ticks over 10 seconds accurately
